Booking Policy
Appointment Policy
At BITA'S BEAUTY GLAM, we are committed to providing a luxury, professional experience for every client. Please review our policies carefully before booking.
Operating Days
We are open for appointments on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday depending on availability. Please check the booking calendar for available time slots.
Deposit Requirement
- A 50 dollar non refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- Your deposit is applied toward your total service.
- Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
- Deposits are transferable one time with proper notice.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will forfeit the deposit.
No shows will require a new deposit to rebook.
Same day cancellations are not eligible for deposit transfer.
Late Policy
We allow a 15 minute grace period.
After 15 minutes a late fee may apply.
After 20 minutes your appointment may be canceled or your service may be shortened or adjusted.
Adjustment and Service Guarantee Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If there is an issue related to craftsmanship or execution of your service you must notify us within 48 hours of your appointment.
Adjustment requests must be made within 48 hours.
Hair must not be altered by another stylist before contacting us.
Concerns must relate to service quality not changes in personal preference.
If approved corrections will be made at no additional charge.
After 48 hours all services are considered accepted and completed and additional changes will require a new booking.
We stand behind our work while also protecting our time and artistry.
Hair Preparation Policy
For the best results clients should arrive with hair fully detangled.
Hair should be free of heavy oils grease or product buildup and ready for immediate service.
If needed we offer a Detangle and Wash Add On Service for an additional fee.
This service must be selected at the time of booking to allow proper scheduling time.
Additional fees may apply for excessive detangling.
Payment Methods
We accept card Zelle and cash.
The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
